Yissel Aragundi
 

Yissell stands out for her dedication and ability to handle complex cases in the banking and corporate sectors. She has extensive experience in the drafting and notarization of public deeds, mortgage loan contracts, and the formation of corporations and private interest foundations, in addition to drafting minutes, preparing commercial contracts, and managing registrations and certificate requests with the Public Registry. She is also skilled in preparing forms for the Property Transfer Tax and the Capital Gains Tax Declaration.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Isae Universidad (Panama, 2021).
