Lizamor César joins as an attorney on the corporate team, bringing a distinguished track record in the real estate sector. She has provided legal counsel in complex sale transactions, project structuring, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, she has experience in international commercial negotiations during her tenure at the Ministry of Commerce and Industries.

Israel Montezuma joins the litigation team, contributing over a decade of experience in civil and procedural law, both in the private sector and the Judicial Branch, with a focus on mortgage enforcement proceedings.
