Hector Infante Jr. specializes in corporate and fiduciary law. He represents local and foreign companies from several industries, multinational corporations, family offices and individual investors. These clients tend to seek for his legal counsel mainly in foreign direct investment matters, in the drafting and negotiation of local and international financial agreements, Mergers and Acquisitions, as well Trust related matters.
Advising clients on litigation and arbitration proceedings is something he does frequently, having handled several high profile cases throughout his career, while working closely with the dispute resolution department of the firm.
Hector is recognized by his peers for putting himself in the client's shoes, being proactive and finding innovative and effective solutions in complex business transactions.
