Carolina Castillo Gómez is currently an attorney at Infante & Pérez Almillano, where she leads and manages matters for the Corporate Department, providing comprehensive advisory services to companies and individuals in the incorporation and structuring of entities, estate planning, contract drafting and review, commercial transactions, and real estate operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and sound legal structuring for each project.

She brings over 16 years of professional experience gained at prominent law firms in Panama, advising on Corporate and Commercial Law, Administrative Law, and Intellectual Property. Throughout her career, she has participated in mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, share and real estate purchase transactions, as well as contract drafting and review, issuance of legal opinions, and structuring of foundations and successions.

Her experience also includes handling regulatory filings and commercial licenses, as well as strategic legal advisory to local and international companies, providing practical legal solutions aligned with her clients' business objectives.

Carolina holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua, a Master's in Commercial Law (Cum Laude), and a Master's in International Advocacy, complementing her practice with a solid academic foundation and a comprehensive understanding of the legal business environment
